The positive feedback I get from the traders I share my methods with is the ultimate reward. Coaching traders is a lot of work and you have to plan for it to take time away from trading. However, I have to say that whenever I've recieved positive feedback or interacted with a trader whom I could tell I was making a progress with, it kept me motivated.

Of all the threads that i have read on this website this one still has the best learning curve. I'm a newbie, just started using fibs, your explanation are quite simple but technical. They are explicit enough for even a newbie like me to understand. Fib application are made clear. I am rereading this thread a third time and hopefully will get used to using the system. It's been great trading using fibs. I have been doing great. Now i can change my "10 pips a day" to "30 pips a day, Keep More bills away" LOL.

It is really marvellous, although i am fan of fibs and use the swings or yesterday high/low , you have provided more insights.
